UECHI-RYU SEMINAR IN MACEDONIA

Karate seminar and a Kyu-ranks testing organized by the OKIKUKAI UECHI-RYU Macedonia was held in the period from 7th to 10th October 2016 in Veles-Town. Seminar was led by Dimitrieski Milan, Renshi 6th Dan with the assistance of Videvski Bore, Sidoin 3. Dan.
It has been confirmed the participation of the Okikukai Macedonian team in the forthcoming EUROPEAN KARATE-KOBUDO SEMINAR which will lead Okinawan masters Okuhama Shinmatsu, Hanshi 9 Dan & Arakaki Takashi, Kyoshi 8 Dan, in Serbia, Belgrade, in May 2017.

AN INTENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM
GREECE, VOLOS (16 ~ 26 AUGUST 2016)

In Greece, the Volos-City, from 16 to 26 August 2016 was held AN INTENSIVE UECHI-RYU KARATEDO TRAINING PROGRAM led by Popovic Vladimir, Kyoshi 7th Dan (Serbia) assisted by Zakic Tatjana, Shihan 5 Dan (Serbia ).
The training program was composed of two parts:
The first part of the program was held from 16 to 20 August in the OKIKUKAI ARGO DOJO which leads Tzounis Antonis, 3. Dan Shidoin. It was also attended by Palumbo Gaetano from OKIKUKAI Italy, the City of Milan.
The second part of the program was held from 22 to 25 August in the OKIKUKAI HELLAS HOMBU DOJO which leads Grigoris Mihail, Shihan 5 Dan.
With representatives of Greece was discussed about organizing joint UECHI-RYU KARATE-DO & KOBUDO SEMINAR in the first half of 2017 which should be held in Serbia, the City of Belgrade.

UECHI-RYU SEMINAR
UKRAINE, KIEV (11 ~ 14 AUGUST 2016)

At 11th ~ 14th August 2016 was held the UECHI-RYU SEMINAR in Ukraine in Kiev-City.
The participants were OKIKUKAI UECHI-RYU members of Ukraine and Serbia and from Italy, Mr. Palumbo GAetano. The seminar was organized by Afanasiev Ruslan, OKIKUKAI Kiev Dojo, and led by Popovic Vladimir, Kyoshi 7 Dan (Serbia) with assistence of Zakic Tatjana, Shihan 5 Dan (Serbia).
DAN & KYU RANK TESTING was included in Seminar, also.

CROATIA, RIJEKA (21 ~ 22 MAY 2016)

At 21 ~ 22 May 2016 was held the UECHI-RYU SEMINAR in Croatia in Rijeka-City. The participants were OKIKUKAI members of Croatia and Serbia. The seminar was organized by the OKIKUKAI Dojos from Karlovac and Rijeka, and led by Popovic Vladimir, Kyoshi 7 Dan (Serbia) with assistence of Bjelivuk Daniel, Shihan 5 Dan (Croatia) and Zakic Tatjana, Shihan 5 Dan (Serbia).
DAN-RANK TESTING was included in Seminar, also.

UECHI-RYU SEMINARIN ITALY
MILAN (7th ~ 8th MAY 2016)

In the period from 7 to 8 May 2016 in Italy, Milan, was held the second Uechi-ryu Okinawa Karate-Do seminar, led by Vladimir Popovic (Kyoshi 7 Dan). This seminar was organized by Gaetano Palumbo, Tirindelli Anna, and Mulas Cesare from Milan, and Carreri Stefano from Pesaro.
We hope to meet Italian friends again on some of the future training, seminars or intensive training program in a nearest future.

A SPECIAL OKIKUKAI SEMINAR
SERBIA, BELGRADE (17th ~ 22nd APRIL 2016)

In aim of preparations for the DAN PROMOTIONAL EXAMINATIONS scheduled for 23rd April 2016 a SPECIAL OKIKUKAI SEMINAR was held in Belgrade from 18th to 22nd April 2016. Participants and candidates for Dan-testing were OKIKUKAI members from five European countries:

Foreign participants of the seminar from Greece, Ukraine and Italy had training in the OKIKUKAI Serbia Hombu Dojo under the leadership of Vladimir Popović, and the participants from Macedonia in the OKIKUKAI Sanchin Dojo under the leadership of Dimitrieski Milan.
Guest of the seminar in the OKIKUKAI Serbia Hombu Dojo was Mrs. Katerina Lokopoulos, Kyoshi 8th Dan (Kobudo & Shorin Matsubayashi-Ryu) from Greece.
On Friday, 22nd April, participants of seminar attended the celebration of
THE 5th ANNIVERSARY OF THE OKIKUKAI SANCHIN DOJO.

OKIKUKAI SEMINAR IN MACEDONIA
VELES-TOWN (17th ~ 20th MARCH 2016)

In the period from 17 to 20 March 2016 UECHI-RYU Okinawa Karate-Do Seminar was held in Veles-Town, Macedonia, in organization by the Karate Club "OKINAWA". The seminar was led by Milan Dimitrieski (Renshi 6 Dan) with assistance by Koncar Milos (3. Dan) from Belgrade, and Videvski Bore (2Day 2), instructor of Karate Club "Okinawa" from Veles-Town.
Within the seminar were held and exams for KYU-ranks, as well as and public Uechi-ryu demo in front of large urban audience.
At the seminars was arranged a participation of Videvski Bore at the International DAN-rank examination which will be held on 23rd April 2016 in Belgrade.
