VISITS TO OKINAWA 2001

From 22nd November to 8th December 2001 OKIKUKAI SERBIA HOMBU representatives, Popovic Vladimir & Dimitrieski Milan visited Okinawa because of KARATE-DO development. They regularly attended trainings in the CHATAN DOJO of Mr Takamiyagi Shigeru sensei and in the OKIKUKAI Association's Central Dojo (KENSHUKAIKAN).

Popovic Vladimir and Dimitrieski Milan also participated in KARATE-DO demonstration (ENBUKAI) on the occasion of Mr Takamiyagi Shigeru's CHATAN DOJO 20th Anniversary. They were performed SANCHIN-KITAE (testing), self-defence from a knife attack and TAMESHIWARI. More than 450 guests from Okikukai and other Karate-Do organisations, and from Okinawa public life, attended the celebration.

At the central dojo of the OKIKUKAI Association, Dimitrieski Milan successfully passed the 4 Dan test at 6th November 2001.
